1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing z5555 at z5555.onl, creating an account, making a deposit or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and z5555 regarding your use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of z5555 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Providing false information during registration or at any later point is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Responsibility

Your z5555 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password. z5555 will not be held responsible for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have not adequately protected your login details.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account, even a family member.
• Enable two-step verification from your account settings for additional security.
• Notify z5555 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact z5555 support through the platform immediately. z5555 will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot guarantee recovery of any funds used during a period of unauthorised access where the access resulted from inadequate security on your part.

Each player may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances may be voided pending review. The same applies to accounts operating from the same device or IP address where clear abuse of the single-account policy is identified.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on z5555 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment channels are supported for deposits:

• Raast — instant bank transfer via Raast payment system

The PKR amount you deposit is the amount credited to your z5555 balance. There are no currency conversion charges. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit.

Deposits are credited to your account once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times depend on your chosen payment method and may vary. z5555 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or bank.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your z5555 account are processed in PKR back to your registered payment method. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawal requests must be made through the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever operationally possible. This is a standard financial security measure.
• Your account must pass any outstanding identity or payment verification before a withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus conditions.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are shown in the cashier at the time of request.
• Processing times depend on the withdrawal method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically faster than bank transfers, which may take additional working days.

z5555 processes withdrawal requests promptly. However, the total time for funds to reach your account depends on your payment provider's processing schedule. Delays beyond z5555's processing time are outside of z5555's control.

z5555 reserves the right to delay or temporarily hold a withdrawal for verification purposes, particularly where a withdrawal is unusually large or where account activity raises a verification flag. You will be notified if this applies to your request.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

z5555 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket or PSL season promotions. Each offer carries its own specific terms, which are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise on the promotion page:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after expiry are removed from your account automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in most game play scenarios — the exact order is shown in your account balance display.

7 Sports Betting Rules

z5555 offers sports betting across cricket, football, esports and other markets. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are placed in PKR. Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are shown at the time of bet placement.
• Bets are confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation. It is your responsibility to check all bet details — sport, match, market, selection, odds and stake — before confirming.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or edited except where a cash-out option is available for that specific bet.
• Odds are subject to change before bet confirmation. The odds shown at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play (live) betting odds update in real time. Bets on in-play markets are accepted subject to system processing — a slight delay between placing and acceptance is normal and does not constitute a right to cancel.
• z5555 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious errors in pricing, market errors, match abandonment without a settled result, or events where result integrity is in question.
• Cricket betting on PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series follows standard cricket betting rules. Specific rules for match voiding (rain interruptions, reduced-over matches, etc.) are applied as per the relevant market rules shown on the bet slip.

8 Casino, Slots and Bingo

The z5555 live casino, slot games and bingo sections operate under the following conditions:

• Live Casino: Real-dealer games are streamed in real time. Bets placed and results generated during a live session are final once the round closes. Disconnection during a live game does not automatically void a bet — any open bet at the time of disconnection will be settled according to the game outcome when play resumes or the round concludes.
• Slot Games: Slot results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information panel. Slot results are final once a spin completes.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be held during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, access will be restored and the balance will remain intact. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting support through the platform. Voluntary account closure is processed promptly. Any remaining real-money balance (not bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to your registered payment method.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the z5555 platform — including the website design, graphics, game interfaces, logos, text, software and any other material — is the property of z5555 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Nothing in these Terms limits z5555's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct on its part, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

14 Privacy and Data

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published and notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and request account closure through support.
